Information on the processing of personal data

Eager Dots Grzegorz Pluta, Olga Pluta spółka cywilna processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (hereinafter referred to as a “GDPR”).

The purpose and scope of personal data processing and the legal basis for this processing and storing data

Purposes of the processing of personal data are:

  • handling inquiries and communicating (e.g. answering questions, providing detailed information about our business) with those contacting us by phone, via e-mail or traditionally via mail. This purpose is our legitimate interest pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f GDPR.
  • concluding and performing business contract. This purpose is our legitimate interest referred to in art. 6 sec. 1 point b GDPR.
  • making tax settlements and keeping accounting records. This purpose is our legitimate interest referred to in art. 6 sec. 1 point c GDPR.
  • running profile on LinkedIn. This purpose in our legitimate interest of promoting, sharing valuable business information and enabling contact with the uses of LinkedIn. As LinkedIn has its own LinkedIn - Privacy Policy, LinkedIn - Cookie Policy and LinkedIn - User Agreement that we encourage you to get acquainted with.

The personal data are stored no longer than is necessary for the purposes, in which the data is processed or until consent is revoked.

We also store personal data for establishing or pursuing claims or defending against claims. This purpose is our legitimate interest pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f GDPR.

Data recipients

As we use services of entities providing us with outsourcing services (e.g. entities providing IT, administration, accounting) as well as postal and courier services, these entities receive personal data in accordance with the entrustment agreements concluded.

Personal data are also received by other entities authorised under the law.

  • object to the processing your personal data to the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is the premise of the legitimate interest of Controller of the personal data (art. 21 GDPR),

If you believe that the processing your personal data violate the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority that is the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office that can be contacted:

Providing personal data is voluntary, however it may be necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned above.

The processing of the your personal data for the purposes mentioned above does not involve making decisions based on the automated processing of personal data or profiling your personal data.
